I do some exercises for a winged scapula. Just wondering if anyone know if this improves with exercises. It causes me pain and muscle spasms. I have to be careful of reaching out in front of me , for example washing windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had a shoulder injury or surgery?
Whenever a prescribed exercise causes me pain, I consult my PT. Sometimes I find I am not using proper form or body mechanics while doing it. Other times, we figure out it is the wrong movement for me, and he finds an alternative one.
Have you consulted with a PT about this specific move?
