May I ask was it Nishimura? And do you have pain after with BM? How long did you have to stay in New York? Any other helpful tips for someone about to do it at Sloane Kettering, flying in from California? It’s very expensive and tricky to stay there

Yes it was Nishimura - highly recommend! MSK website has hotel deals and parking if needed. Only had to stay overnight at the hospital - we live about 90 minutes away. If you stick to the liquid diet and then go to soft diet after - I didn't have any pain. MSK staff was really great - the app makes things easy too.
