After my colon resection in 2022, the magic diarrhea cure for me was 2 cups of peaches in water (no syrup) everyday. The soluble fiber in peaches gently slowed the process and I started having well formed movements. 3 years later and after 12 rounds of chemo. It depends on the day. Sometimes I still have diarrhea, which the peaches still help, but mostly I'm constipated and drink lemon juice daily and extra fluids to keep things moving.
