Anybody heard of this drug NXP800 and how it looks in trials for treating prostate cancer?

There are currently no clinical trials for prostate cancer using NXP800. If the current trials work that they probably will test that as well.
I think that since this is a brand new article (published this year) that this could very possibly be a signal that they are seriously planning a trail. This medication is obviously already in use for other cancers and showed promise in small trails for PC, so they are maybe just waiting for adequate funding.
My hunch is that PC will be the first cancer to be truly curable : ) ! It is very slow progressing cancer so it gives scientists unique opportunity to explore it in every stage and to follow it for years in every cohort of patients. So much is already known about it and so much research went into it that it is just matter of time.
New J&J combo ZAZEEGA, (Zezula + Zytiga) drug has shown to be better than Zytiga...mCRPC [BRCA+]
Are you referring to Akeega (Zejula+Zytiga)? It’s a combination of Zejula (niraparib) and Zytiga (abiraterone).
According to this article that I read early last year, Akeega was FDA-approved in December 2023: https://www.onclive.com/view/novel-combination-regimens-are-expanding-the-prostate-cancer-treatment-paradigm
...you are correct, thank you for finding and disclosing the error. Maybe you remember the 'cat scratching' prescription
days when pharmacists had to be psychic graphologists. I forget the name of two drugs that were so similar that it posed a real safety issue. One of them actually had to be changed. I have no good excuse except thinking I could recall my Zs and Gs.
