@beaglemom09: Your experience with RECLAST side-effects were certainly memorable! I am sorry that you had to go through such scary days, not knowing what was happening to cause such discomfort. You are a real trouper to tough it out for so many hours. It does prove that your intelligence helped you find ways to cope and relieve the pain.
Thank you for sharing this with us, for it helps us prepare for this side effect of Osteoporosis treatment and make informed decisions.
I agree with you that we need to prioritize Osteoporosis bone building and bone stability over the discomfort the treatment may have. Our goal is to repair and/or strengthen our bones to prevent falls and fractures! I am proud of you! You have helped so many of us who have Osteoporosis, are treating this disease and faced with future treatment. May you have better health to come…

Thank you for sharing. I did not have any side effects until about 4 months later. I started having pain and loss of strength in my left arm which was the arm my infusion was done. I will say after about a month the pain is subsiding, even though I still have limited use of my arm. Hopefully it continues to get better.
