I have depression Headache and serious fatigue from last 3 years ,I went neurologist and phycologist but I have still headache and burden on front region of head while MRI and CT scan reports are normal also EEG test result is normal plz help ..

Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect, @harishkumar. Sorry to hear you've had to deal with these symptoms so long. It sounds like you are doing a good job of trying to get to the bottom of them by your visits with specialists.

I wanted to clarify whether you are saying you have depression headaches, which I understand are often tension headaches, or another headache type? How do these headaches typically come on?
