Me too today. I have ptsd. I am saddened ashamed etc by the state of the US. Our indifference division hatred scapegoating etc. I have been emailing the senators and congressman about stopping the assault on Social Security medicare medicaid. I am having a flare of GI symptoms too. If my post is not appropriate I know it will be removed. I don't watch much media- only about the issues I mentioned. I feel a need to at least try. But right now I am in tears.
