Hello, I have the same type of Aneurism as you. Mine was found doing a routine echo because of family history of heart disease. I have a 4.2. 6 months later I had it checked again and it was the same. I will keep checking every year and hope I never have to have surgery. My understanding is keep BP low and Cholesterol low.Good luck to you ( I am 65)

Thanks for replying. I am just the opposite. I want to get the darn thing fixed and out of my body! Soon as possible! To me, the surgery stress will be temporary whereas this watch and wait stress is constant and relentless! Better to be done with it I say! I wish you luck also!
