Anyone still able to produce precum?

I was, at least I think it was precum a little while ago, meaning a few weeks ago. I’d get excited and orgasim and instead of it being dry I get a little fluid.
But unfortunately it seems to have stopped and I’m back to spitting sand. Why not I guess, the length and girth are about half what it was pre treatment.
Two years last month, SBRT and ADT. Still recovering.

After about 10 months precum returned with a small amount of clear fluid with orgasm and continues to this day.
1 year 7 months later.

It probably depends on the type of treatment. I had TULSA PRO treatment last November and I still produce some semen however I have a dry ejaculation but ejaculation is rare.

I'm 78 and 2 years past SBRT radiation. No precum but often a small amount of ejaculate upon orgasm. Now working on regaining (achieving) a fully engorged erection again. So far, sildenafil to promote blood flow in and VED to retain it is working, but a little awkward. About to try injections of Trimix. That sounds (?) awkward too.

gland is responsible for the fluid a.k.a “pre cum”, it is not removed during radical prostatectomy.
For this reason you will see the fluid before, during or after sexual activity, and in small amounts.
This is completely normal , even if you receive radiation.

After about 18 months post surgery I started having pre cum when I got an erection. Not as much as pre surgery but still a decent amount. Enough to lubricate for masturbation. I didn’t realize how much I would be affect psychologically not being able to cum any longer. It’s really affected performance and sexual experience ration for my wife as well. Doesn’t help I’ve lost length and girth 19 months now after surgery.
