I’ve had Cov and after is rhe worst part. After is when I hardly can walk. My legs are shaky.
Shortness breath heart flips it is what feels as. But so drained for a few mnts

Found out cov makes peoples iron low and I’ve been taking double strength iron made
By Now. And b complex by now products. Magnesium citrate.
Drinking enough. Takes months for this to pass
I’m recently trying the nicotine patch. Many natural doctors use this for patients.

Nicotine patches come in 7 mg 14 and 21 mg. They say take a 7 mg nicotine patch cut it into three parts and only put one part on per day from morning till supper or bedtime. If you use too strong of it you can get nausea, headache, vomiting, bad dreams, restlessness, panicky, agitation, tiredness, dizzy, off-balance I am using it for the first time this week, so I’m not sure but I’ve read many people being helped many people feel normal.
If you would like to have your own labs taken, that don’t need a doctor they have a company it’s called Ulta labs walk-in labs is another one. Direct Lab‘s is another one. I think they’re all at.com and you can order your own Blood Work. They have like a CBC for a $97 I think It’s way cheaper than going to the doctor and all the results are sent to your email but anyone with severe fatigue and that I would have the iron and the ferritin checked that your iron storage I might even have the vitamins checked.
