Hi. I am 2 years out from the same surgery. Are you taking Protonix? How are you taking the Creon? Works best for me when spread out through the meal. Also, I have found great relief taking Beano and Gas-X, as well as moving after meals (walking, stretching, etc).

Thanks for the response. I am taking omeprazole daily in the AM.

I take my enzymes throughout the meal as you mentioned.

I have tried gas-x in the past with little effect. I will give bean-o a try. How do you dosage it? Do you take it before or after meals or something different?

I will try more activity after eating .
