I read a post a while ago where a lady was talking about her aunt, she went on to say that her aunt was always a happy and loving person even though she had a hard time with her children. She asked her aunt how she remained happy and she replied, I just say to myself let it go and let God, I found this so beautiful and now I practice it every day.
