@aconsolmagno I’m not sure to whom you are asking “what stage are you?”. You can “at mention” which is the @ sign and the member’s handle if you want to direct a question to a specific member. That is what I did here in this comment to you. One of the volunteer mentors told me about this and I have found it quite helpful.
