Thankyou. I get discharged tomorrow. For the prostatectomy, I was discharged by a Dr Hitman.
I'm hoping this time for a Dr Death. Or even a Dr Pain.

Complete prostrate removal in 2004 have passed 21 years and I will be 92 this August. I was told at the time either have complete removal or I would be fighting cancer for the rest of my life, so I believe the DR. was correct for 10 plus years my PSA was 0.

RRP 2003 at age 51, w positive lymph nodes. Multiple treatments over 20+ years. Many bones Mets >10 yrs ago and still no pain and no symptoms despite.
So > 20 yrs stage 4 PC and no symptoms. Keep your hopes alive. I may lucky/unlucky but we can live a very long time with this disease.

I feel awkward oversharing, but let's just say that *some* of that ability came back for me naturally after about 18 months on hormone therapy. Think of an airport windsock in a light but steady breeze. 😳

Wow, I just passed one year in March. My (hopefully) final treatment (pelvic floor PT) ends this week. Next PSA test isn't until September so I can enjoy the summer with low anxiety (hopefully).

My next psa is July. I know my psa will be low as my sideburns aren’t growing back in and my armpits still have no hair.

That means your testosterone is low, not necessarily your PSA, but I very much hope the encouraging test results continue for both of us (mine will be the end of this month).
