Perfect thank you. Just was not sure if you could take estradiol, progesterone or testosterone as well as additional vitamins as you mentioned due to calcium issue build up in blood. Did you keep your Tymlos refrigerated or out on counter? Also why did you stop in 5 months? Did you get results? Did you go on another medication after you stopped? Sorry for all the questions and appreciate your time and answers:)

I kept the Tymlos at room temperature per the instructions that were provided to me when starting it. It was refrigerated until I started using the pen, though.

My insurance company revoked my pre-authorization after 4 months so I had to switch to generic Forteo (teraparatide). Unfortunately, I had some side effects that I wasn't able to tolerate on the Forteo.

I recently started Evenity and have had one dose to date with no side effects.

I haven't had a DEXA since this all started a year ago so I don't know if any of this is working.

I am on full HRT (estradiol patch, micronized progesterone and testosterone cream). I have been on Tymlos injections for 10 months. After 7 months I had a DEXA and my T score went from -3.1 in the spine to -2.1. Big improvement, enough for me to start skiing and riding a bike again. I keep my pen at room temp and have minimal side effects.
