@sue417 You are dealing with a lot with your fractures. My elderly mom went through this because of osteoporosis. It’s best to ask your doctor about supplements. I am a spine surgery patient and was told not to take turmeric because it reduces inflammation and can interfere with bone healing. Inflammation is part of the healing process that starts laying down new bone.

It's been a lot, Thanks .I can't take turmeric.
I just take tylenol arthritis. I have been bisphosphonate for 3 yrs. I am starting forteo a bone builder for 24 mths. Injections everyday. Hopefully I don't have a reaction to it.

@jenniferhunter I have been taking supplements that were recommended to me by a neurologist, and endocronologist. Since my 1st fusion in 2025. Nothing helps.
