Has anyone else had a transfer of the Glute Maximus? Results?
Several years ago I had a Glute Minimus and Medius repaired and re-attached, but they separated again. Then had a Glute Maximus transfer to provide some replacement support for left hip. Balance remains a problem and I have fallen several times. Has anyone had this procedure and what has been your experience?

@rap2106 Welcome to Connect. I don’t have your experience. My surgeries have been cervical spine and fractured ankle. That sounds like a very complex surgery and I can understand how that affects mobility and balance. That must have been a difficult recovery. Are you facing another surgery now?
