Thank you for your information. I would like to know why you do not want to take Reclast. I am about to start Reclast because I need to try and address having stopped Prolia. I took Prolia for one year and then Reclast for one year, but I have been off of Reclast for two years and my dexa scan shows that I am worse off than I was before I took the Prolia, so dr. says I have to go back on Reclast. This is very frustrating. thank you for your help !

Reclast is one year infusion and I'm worried about side effects since that med is in the body for a long time being yearly. I'm assuming you didn't have any side effects from reclast since you took it for a year? But you had side effects from Prolia? If you did good on Reclast, seems like that would be the med to stay with? It's a journey being on these meds, and everyone reacts differently to them, some have side effects, some not. But seems like once you're on one, it's lifelong since you have to change/ relay to another osteo med when stop one. I just started Fosamax, I'm worried about the jaw decay and I'm having bone and muscle pain and fatigue. I need something to help my bone density but I'm feeling worse now than I ever did without these meds.
