Medicare does not cover laser treatments. I spent around $600 for these treatments for chronic lower back pain (after an unsuccessful laminectomy some years ago). The physical therapist pushed for it, but it didn't help me. Wish you have better luck with it.

I'm lucky. I live in Canada. (Thank you, Mom, for marrying my Dad and coming to Canada.) I have extended medical fortunately. I'm not sure what I would do without it.

I'm hoping it helps (lazar). I've had 4 days without that agonizing pain. It seems to be wearing off. I had a great day yesterday. I got lots done. Today? Not so much.

The pain sneaks up on you and before you know it, it is full-blown. I finally remembered to use Voltaran along with the Tramadol/acetemenophen this afternoon.

I read a few days ago that the woman who forced Canada to address the issue of medically assisted suicide had spinal stenosis. (MAID). I can understand why she did. I'm not comtemplating it. I have too much to do.

I'm physically able to do things in spite of the pain. I keep thinking of people who are worse off than I am. Then I stop complaining.

Have a great day. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
