Had Lumpectomy on my left breast 2 weeks ago. I had ILC. I'm exhausted and feeling weak I can't seem to get much sleep. When I wake up I can't get back to sleep. Anybody else going through this?

I had the same surgery 2 weeks ago. I'm a little tired and weak, but sleeping well. I find myself making spelling and math errors and not wanting to do anything extra. I'm taking vitamins and trying to be gentle on myself. I have a lot of pain in my left breast. I take 2 advil every 6 hours and ice it. Do you have pain? Meletonin helps. You may want to get one called Mid-Nite which is a short dos if you need just a few more hours of sleep. I pray you get your strength back.

I am so sorry for what you've been through lately! My prayers go out for you upon reading your post...

Please be reminded that you just went through this surgery 2 weeks ago, no wonder you'd felt exhausted:( However, sleep and plenty of rest is needed for your body to heal properly. Please reach out to your care team, surely they'll provide you with an adequate solution to help you go through this rough patch of life. You'll feel better soon, my friend!
