I'm just starting my journey, AGAIN, and I am certain, my LAST. I am taking in as much information, pros/cons, and getting set up with the various providers. I look forward to getting my life back and permanently breaking so many bad habits and behaviors.

Welcome to Mayo Connect, At the beginning there is a lot of information, appointments, evaluations. The more you know and the more the providers know about you, the better chance of success. It is a tool to help with life changes.
