@lisalucier What I like about Pico Salax is that you need to take each sachet dissolved in just a half cup of water (it has to be room temperature, otherwise the solution heats up in cold water) twice later in the day, and during the rest of the day you can drink clear fluids of your choice, instead of choking down a gallon of ghastly prep.
