Had covid shot yesterday. Typically I feel pretty bad for two days, but this time I took all the advice: ice on the arm after shot, Tylenol after the shot for the next 6 hours relief, then an Aleve for the 12 hours overnight. Really a big difference, and so far no side effects and I feel pretty normal. Glad I finally figured this out. I should add that I have GCA, on prednisone and Actemra, but Rheum doc said covid shot was OK to get. Costco pharmacist said OK so long as prednisone was less than 20mg. I am at 17.5.
