Ok thanks. Good news here, my dr. did order the P1NP, I received the results today. It appears they came from a lab out of Utah so I that is why they weren’t all reported at the same time. Today I will complete the order for Tymlos through the Walgreens specialty pharmacy. Wish me luck and thanks everyone for all the good information.

Nice! In this case your endo may have ordered BSAP as one of the diagnostic tests. S/he might also use both BSAP and P1NP to monitor your therapy progress. If you get a chance to ask the benefits of monitoring both bone formation markers, or the advantage monitoring one marker over the other, please share with us.
