I started fainting and falling in September 2024 for no apparent reason. After several falls and trips to the hospital, I was tested multiple times with multiple diagnose. I was finally diagnosed with MSA, a terminal, debilitating, progressive disease, which I had never even heard of. I finally found out. I have orthostatic hypotension, which is a problem with blood pressure dropping too fast when I stood up, I saw a neurologist who diagnosed my problem.

@Imm6059, I am so sorry for your MSA dx. I am working towards that dx myself. I have mostly autonomic symptoms OH, urinary, temperature problems, breathing, sleep issues. What things are you dealing with? I had the Syn-One test, and I’m waiting for those results. This is such a horrible disease, it is just devastating. Prayer for you as you come to terms with it. ❤️
