Thanks for the reply. So far no treatment. My fibroscan is this Friday. I’m waiting for a call back from my rheumatologist to see if he has any ideas. If I don’t get any answers I may ask for a referral to Mayo.

@reppil63 - I moved your posts here to this existing discussion where members are talking about high liver enzymes:

- Looking for causes for elevated liver enzymes https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/looking-for-causes-for-elevated-liver-enzymes/

The reason I did this was so that you can connect with others talking about this topic, such as @caroljeans in this discussion and @dazlin @marjou @mayo99824 @neri47 @etnocaha @geedle12 @charicen @lexonpark and others who've talked about liver enzymes related to various conditions across the Mayo Clinic Connect community. Hoping they may offer some support and input as you go through testing, including a liver elastogropy (FibroScan) this week, and deal with severe right upper quadrant pain. They may have ideas as you try to figure out next appropriate testing to pinpoint the issues you are experiencing.

Have you by chance heard back from the rheumatologist, reppli63? If so, what did he say about your high liver enzymes and testing options to pursue?
