Hey Jeff,

I see your posts on a lot of threads. thanks for the input. I'm GL 7 (3+4). pi-rads 2 SMALL lesion. One location. one side. great candidate for HIFU.
BUT high Decipher. We are all most worried about cancer traveling to lymphs and more.
have you seen any reports on High Decipher making HIFU less of an option????

I really only seen a couple of people that have used HIFU, I don’t know enough to help you. Go to the top level of the prostate cancer forum, and in the search put HIFU. You will find a very large number of messages with that information discussed.

Hopefully you can get your question answered.
