I am one month post cervical laminectomy and laminoplasty. I constantly had arm/hand/finger cramping... Also leg/foot/toes cramping. As a kid I used to her night leg cramps. Anyway, even though these cramping episodes could be related to my spine issues (also suffer L5/S1) symptoms over 20 years, I found that immediately drinking LOTS of water and 2 tablespoons of mustard were quite effective! I'm rarely thirsty so I don't always know when to drink. So although I think my cervical issue are related, I also think being very hydrated helps me tremendously. Can't hurt to try, right? Good luck to all!

Pickle juice has also helped me.
