Well said joanland. We are probably pretty much on our own at this point. But we do have one another. And we understand. The support is so helpful to me. My wife has no interest, acknowledgement or understanding of long covid, even though I've always been there for her and her medical issues. Cancer, brain surgery, etc. Disappointing.

If she's had brain surgery this could be a factor in her lack of empathic response. Terrifying. Lonely. I would feel resentful, nevertheless plus seek counseling.
