Good morning! I also had LUL, and yes, experienced the same thing. Even after drinking a bottle of water. It does go away eventually, so I just ate much smaller portions, fruit for snacks in between and still lots of water and juice and coffee. Helps keep things moving a long as I would say. My surgeon told me that the stomach and diaphragm shift up to fill the space the lungs used to fill and thats why everything fills different. I will still get that uncomfortable feeling when I over indulge. Praying for your complete recovery!
