Orgovyx side effect?

My husband has been on Orgovyx for 3 months.
Last night his blood pressure was 188/95 before going down to 155/90.
This morning it was 171/95 then down to 131/69.
Aren't these numbers dangerously high?
Shouldn't he stop taking this drug ?
We are seeing the Oncologist tomorrow.

Hi,
Latest PSA 0.04 after 3.5 mos. Orgovyx therapy. AM systolic blood pressure readings within acceptable mid 120s. However, last few days late-in-the-day readings jump to 160-170 range. What would cause this upward spike? This has occurred only within the past week.
