Fatigue is an issue for me I take Abiraterone Prednisone and Lupron
I work out 3 times a week it seems to help but I need to rest in the afternoon.
but after being on the above for a year my Doctor is stopping the Abiraterone and Prednisone - just Lupron very three months I would try increasing
the Prednisone . Hoping my PSA stay 0.10.

Make sure you taper off the prednisone over a couple of months. You will have fatigue like you’ve never experienced before if you drop it too quickly.
More prednisone does make a major difference in fatigue for many people, Some doctors start off with 10 mg as the recommended daily dose others five mg. Many people have a fatigue problem with 5 mg.
