Plastic Concerns

I filter my water and use a stainless steal bottle. The tube on the nebulizer I think is rubber but the breathing apparatus is plastic. Can't help that. I do change them out regularly though. The Aerobika; we are pushing the air out so hopefully there isn't any plastic being inhaled. I get a new one though every time I see the pulmonologist. They are generous and give them to patients for free. I now use glass containers for food storage. I've also started using metal tea strainers and bark tea filters since so many tea bags are plastic now. We can only do so much. Being aware and trying to reduce plastic use is best.

Yes, thanks. I am using glass food storage and metal tea strainers. Yes, we all feel we can only do so much with so much being out of our individual control. Hoping those in charge in Washington get onto this overuse of plastic by the food producers and works/pushes to get the food producers to change to glass and other healthier ways of packaging things. I grew up when we use to return the glass bottles and receive a shinny nickel in return and when the milkman delivered milk in glass bottles to your door by putting the bottles in the milk box at your door. Hoping 'what goes around comes around' and a return to some of the better things and ways of the past. 🤔
