I take Diltiazem, metoprolol and Losartan for high blood pressure. Today my BP was 100/63. I seldom hit 120/65
If you check you will find
A systolic blood pressure of 188 mmHg is considered dangerously high and requires immediate medical attention
That’s not my advice, That’s general advice when you have that high a systolic reading.

Very true, but that's a resting systolic. You'd have to make sure the person was lying still for a while, then take several readings. 180 mmHg during or right after physical activity isn't as serious. (Again, not a medical professional.)
