I can’t say with certainty because I have not started my treatment yet, my oncologist said it’s very important for me to exercise, specially with weights stay active and eat a healthy diet during ADT. Time will tell

Very good luck to you with your treatment. My husband has a very good diet, but does not exercise mainly because he is 80 and very, very weak and dizzy often. He has very high blood pressure and lots of swelling in his legs. He just can’t tolerate any activity at all. Thank you for your response.
