I have stayed several places around the Clinic and St. Marys Hospital areas and my latest go-to is Townplace Suites. https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/rsttm-towneplace-suites-rochester-mayo-clinic-area/overview/. They have breakfast, kitchenettes, exercise options, underground parking, and a coffee shop next to the lobby (a must for me 😀) I am underweight and bring a flat pillow with me because I find their recliners to be a bit hard, especially overnight.
