Not to scare you, but just to share my own head pressure/ache story. I had this issue for months last year. It affected every day and made many activities difficult. Nothing I tried worked, unfortunately (massage, physio, accupuncture) but eventually one day I couldn't be woken up by my family and they took me to Emergency. I got scanned and it turned out I had a brain tumour and they did emergency surgery to remove it, and then I fell into the world of brain cancer. To note: the brain surgery / tumour removal stopped the head pressure, because the tumour had literally been putting pressure on the rest of my brain.

I sincerely hope this is not the case for you. But it is worth a scan.
