Hi Marcibee,
I'm in the Boston area. It HAS been cold! I got gabapentin and a lidocaine patch for the nerve pain. I'm taking Tylenol too. Some days the nerve pain is bad. I'm due to increase the gaba tomorrow. I think I will do that. I know it makes you sleepy, but sleep is something I need help with, and it's not forever.
I have a nice chaise outside and I've been out in the sun a bit today. It really does feel good.

I'm in NH and go to Dartmouth. The last 2 days have been beautiful. I put out my hummingbird feeders and immediately got hummingbirds. I planted a planter for my porch rail. Raked the flower bed but only lasted about 20 minutes because that made me short of breath which hasn't been an issue. Did my walk and online exercise class and that was exhausting. Read in the sun!! And now on the couch with a heating pad. Upward and onward lol.
