I am also a new liver and kidney transplant recipient and received my transplant 6 months ago. Which medication do i need to? Also, I take my medication at 11am and 11pm. Should of change it to early morning.

I do mine at 5am and 5pm. Set my alarm in the morning and have it on my nightstand. I take it and go back to sleep. Works great for me.

I take mine at 6:30 am and 6:30 as long as it 12 hours apart I don’t think the time of day matters

@chzpsl Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect, and congratulations on your solid organ transplants! Your medical team will be your best guide to instruct you what medications to take.

As others have related to you, as long as you take your medications 12 hours apart, you should be okay. My husband, a kidney recipient, takes his at 8am and 8pm. Is there a reason you might want to change your medication times?
