Thank you. My dr switched me to taking it at night, which has helped enormously, much less daytime sleepiness. What time of day do you take yours? I also figured out that there were other medications contributing to the sleepiness, so I'm adjusting those. Looking forward to an increase, which is what's next. Hi, nice to meet you. It got so bad that I fell asleep while driving! So now I take a 1/2 dose, just the 1 pill at night. Now he's added prozac which I'm pretty sure is going to work, but I have a severe case of RLS and prozac is known to aggravate it. Crossing fingers!
