What are the pros/cons of HIFU and TULSA-PRO treatments?

I had HIFU seven years ago at age 70. No problems before or after. My PSA went from 4+ to .5 and is about 1.5 now. My urologist is very pleased. I recommend this procedure, if it is offered.

7 years...WOW. happy for you. can you give me specs? where did you have it done? How many HIFU had the Dr. done? Tulsa or rectal? What were your # going in? Gleason, Decipher? # of tumors? etc. Age? NO problems? How is ED and INcontinence?

HIFU is coming on as a treatment if you are lucky enough to be a candidate
