Yes, I use 7% saline. It seems many cheap nebulizers cannot handle saline, but work with other things. I have used the Sunset for probably 8 or so years.

That sounds just the one I needed...I wish I had heard of this before I spent many $$s bringing in a Pari TrekS from the US to Aus...but it seems yours isn't imported to Aus either. Glad it is working for you.
