Ask your urologist if Cabergoline is worth a try. It’s a dopamine mimetic (agonist) and has been shown to help some people achieve orgasm. For some it takes many weeks or months to see the benefit; so, you have to be patient.

Thanks for this explanation and advising patience. At 80, I just began Cabergoline 3 weeks ago and have yet to see any improvement. The prescribing physician did not provide any time frame for the benefits to commence, just advising that I check back in. Probably, at that time, he might recommend further patience or a change in dosage or moving on to the next line of treatment.
I'm also new to Trimix - six weeks - and still tweaking the dosage but I don't think it is a factor since the orgasmic and ED problems commenced about 3 years ago, not long before my diagnosis of early Parkinson's disease.
