My Decipher was .78. My lesion was located on the anterior (front) side of my prostate. It could not be reached transrectally using other focal therapy modes/methods. I also liked TULSA-PRO because it was a treatment from the "inside to the outside" as opposed to from the "outside to the inside". Sending the high frequency ultrasound waves from the urethra to the prostate tissue as opposed to from the rectum into the prostate made more sense to me.
