Yes I have been doing that and the rebuilder(soaking feet with the electrodes) and taking supplements along with following the dietary guidelines for several weeks and I do feel its doing me good. I was kinda apprehensive about the supplements and price but trying it anyway and I am glad I am because I do feel better.
