Hi, just wondering if anyone has been able to resolve stem tip pain su

I am 1.4 and have been experiencing pain in mid thigh that radiates to my knee. I believe it is coming from my stem but I have had multiple tests and nothing shows. It especially hurts when I lift anything. I also get groin pain on that side so they are injecting my SI joint next week

I also use my cane on bad days and cannot walk far at all.
