I really appreciate your post and share your concerns. I wish I had some good advice for you. It sounds like you may need to consider a medication option but which one....? I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis last year and the doctor recommended medication. After reviewing the potential side effects, I was too terrified to even consider it...especially the potential issues with the jawbone. I have one sister that has gotten double vision as a side effect and recently stopped taking medication and another that just started it. I went for my annual physical this week and the doctor said to take it. I don't know what to do.
