I have had Long COVID since April 2020. My PA at the time laughed when I suggested that I had it. I had been in a training seminar just prior to contracting LC in Ann Arbor, MI, in a large in international hotel, where I was exposed to 80+ classmates and teachers as well as other onyernational guests. I returned on a packed flight. Even now, I struggle with heavy leg syndrome, balance issues, which make any walking diffcult and scary. I also expereince dizziness from time to time. I just recently saw a long COVID DR., and I will be starting a rehab program in a few weeks. time. I also have sleep issues. He suggested I take Naltrexone, 1.5 mg and Gabapentin at 300mg. I have been on both for about 3 weeks and I have felt an improvement.
I am hoping tjat this along with rehab will address the issues I am having long term. I can really relate to what you have expressed. But you are not alone. We are in this together. Debra

So sorry for you suffering through this for so long. Sounds like you had no chance to avoid. Much like me. Said 25% chance of Paxlovid rebound. Stupid me. Caught twice in 10 days. Good luck with your rehab and meds. Yes. We do have each other for support. Sincerest
best wishes going forward.
