What you describe with the sounds in your chest is most likely sputum that maybe kind of "stuck" in your airways. Are you do doing airway clearance? If not, do! Below is a great video by Dr. McShane of Tyler Texas on airway clearance.

@cwal, yes I do do those things(excl the vest) including just before bed, it feels more like when I have a bleed but i do not think it is always a bleed, so odd, its when i breath out that I make the noise and get the pop/gurgle. Thanks for the video tho it was very interesting. Heather
