But the good thing is that no MAC intracellulare showed up on my cultures after 11 years of positive cultures!!! I have been concentrating on nebbing (pari eflow, no tubing)and huff coughing and good cleaning of nebs etc and my MAC numbers have been decreasing in the few years and now mo more MAC (and I was not on any medications for MAC for the last 3 years, but for 7 years prior) for me the medications kind of kept it under control but did not get rid of it, but nebbing and clearing my small airways did!
